Marc earned a Master of Laws degree in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School and holds the most senior designations offered to practising mediators and arbitrators in Canada, the "chartered" designations of the ADR Institute of Canada.

Marc has been widely published. He has spoken across the continent.

Known for his "outside the box" creativity, Marc has been recognized for leadership in the field, deep thinking and continual evolution to give the very best to his clients.

Marc enjoys teaching and does so at a variety of law schools, workshops and practical, professional programs. Known for popular culture references in lectures, writing and presentations, he is dedicated to keeping students engaged. Marc is passionate about access to justice, inclusion, collaborative approaches and embracing technology.
